He leads a data science team at Academic Medical Center, where he oversees ML model development, predictive analytics, and AI-driven research funded by the university, the state of Florida, and external institutions. His work spans the full data lifecycle — from data engineering and statistical modeling to AI deployment and visualization — with deep hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic systems. He is fluent across the modern stack: Python, R, SQL, Azure, Databricks, and frameworks including PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG architectures. At Insightwright, he translates complex data and AI challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions that bridge research and real-world results.

Kulmanali brings 7+ years of UX design and research experience across fintech, enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, and cloud services. She holds an M.S. in Information Systems with a concentration in HCI and UX Design from Nova Southeastern University, Florida — combining rigorous US-based academic training with hands-on practice in American enterprise and fintech environments. Her design foundation was built at IIT Guwahati, one of India's most prestigious technical institutions, where she earned a Master's in UX Design and Human-Computer Interaction. She further trained at the Nielsen Norman Group — the world's foremost UX research institution — where she conducted published cross-cultural usability research.
